This machine is mainly used to convey powdery materials such as clay, coal powder, flour and cement. It is widely applied in mining, metallurgy, light industry, boiler and other industries. It features reasonable design, simple structure, long service life, excellent sealing performance and convenient maintenance.
This machine has two drive installation forms: left-mounted and right-mounted. The drive unit adopts combined transmission consisting of a shaft-mounted reducer and single-stage V-belt.
There are three conveying layouts for this equipment: horizontal, inclined and Z-type, with the respective characteristics as follows:
1. Horizontal En-masse Scraper Conveyor (SMS Type): Capable of multi-point discharging as required.
2. Inclined En-masse Scraper Conveyor (QMS Type): The lifting height can be adjusted by adding or removing intermediate sections; the inclination angle can be changed by adjusting curved sections.
3. Z-type En-masse Scraper Conveyor (ZMS Type): It allows adjustment of lifting height and conveying distance, and supports multi-point discharging simultaneously.
