Technical Parameters

Note: The discharge size can be arbitrarily selected within 3-60 mm.
When the discharge size is no more than 15 mm, the production capacity shall be 60% of the values listed in the table.
At product size 3mm with material surface moisture ≤10%, capacity equals 30% of table figures.

Magnetic Separator

RCDD electromagnetic iron removers and RCYD permanent magnetic iron removers are applicable to conveyor belts with widths of 500 mm, 650 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm.

Trommel Screen

Specifications of GTS cone type and GTSⅡ cage type are 60t/h, 100t/h, 200t/h and 250t/h.
GTS Cone Trommel Screen is a general-purpose screening equipment. Materials enter from the small end of the screen drum. Relying on the self-weight of materials and the circumferential rotation of the conical screen body, materials move downward along the screen. Fine materials smaller than the mesh size are discharged from the lower section of the screen cylinder, while oversize materials exit from the discharge end of the screen body to realize material classification. This machine features simple structure, convenient maintenance and low manufacturing cost.
Model GTSⅡ is a cylindrical trommel screen, whose screen body is composed of multiple circular flat steel rings. The screen body is installed at an inclined angle to the ground, and its separation principle is the same as that of the cone trommel screen. This model is additionally equipped with a plate-type screen cleaning mechanism. As the screen drum rotates, the mechanism combs the screen body continuously to keep it clean all the time, preventing screening efficiency reduction caused by blocked mesh openings.
